MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks got 44 points, 12 rebounds, and three assists from Giannis Antetokounmpo in a 125-105 win over the Houston Rockets at Fiserv Forum on Saturday.
Jrue Holiday added 19 points and 10 assists. Bobby Portis scored 13 off the bench. Jordan Norwa, George Hill, and Serge Ibaka each added 9 in reserve roles as well.
Rookie Jalen Green led the Rockets with 22 points.
The game was also highlighted by MarJon Beauchamp’s first points in a Bucks uniform. The rookie played two minutes in the win and scored on a layup. He finished 1-1 from the field.
Milwaukee is now 2-0 on the season and will host the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday. Tip time is set for 6:30, pregame on 93.9 The Game will begin at 6:00.
