NEW YORK, NY (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks survived a poor shooting night and beat the New York Knicks 109-103 Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden.
With the game tied at 103 with 30 seconds left and Giannis on the bench after fouling out, the Bucks went to Grayson Allen who knocked down a three pointer. The Bucks shot just 28.6% from three point-range in the game and it was Allen’s only three point make of the night.
Giannis led the way for Milwaukee with 37 points, 13 rebounds & seven assists. Jrue Holiday had 22 while Allen added 11 along with five rebounds and four assists. Bobby Portis had another double-double off the bench with 10 points and 12 rebounds. Pat Connaughton returned from his illness and added 10.
The Bucks, now 15-5, will host the LA Lakers on Friday night.
