NEILLSVILLE, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – A Clark County sex offender has reached a plea deal.
Roger Hattamer, 40, of Loyal admits to sexually assaulting the same child for years in multiple counties.
Hattamer entered guilty pleas to first-degree sexual assault of a child younger than 13 and child enticement, exposing a sex organ to a child, today in Clark County Court. Several other charges against him were dismissed. The proceedings in Clark County were combined with other charges in Chippewa County.
In January a jury in Rusk County found Hattamer guilty of 11 counts related to the assault of that same child. The victim told police the incidents started when she was 12 and continued for six years.
A plea hearing is also set in February in Taylor County, where similar charges are pending.
Sentencing in Hattamer’s Clark County case is set for July 10.
