WAUSAU, Wi (WSAU) — The UWSP-Wausau Huskies beat UW-Oshkosh-Fond du Lac 87-70 to win the NCAA D-3 State JUCO mens basketball title on Monday night in Wausau.
The Huskies were led by Rib Lake grad Levi Ewan who had 32 points. Wausau East grad Ryan LaCerte finished with 19 and Merrill grad Chase Bonnell had 16.
The Huskies finished the season with a record of 11-3.
