GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) — The Green Bay Packers and New York Jets are still at an impasse with the Aaron Rodgers trade.
Brain Costello with the New York Post says the sticking point in negotiations is still Green Bay’s demand for the Jets’ first round pick in next week’s draft.
He says New York is balking at offering the unconditional pick for the Super Bowl winning quarterback, who could retire after just one season.
Round one of the draft takes place next Thursday.
