The search for an administrator may soon be over in Kronenwetter.
The Village Board is set to meet in closed session on Thursday to review a background check on one candidate for the position- identified in the agenda as Bradley Hanson.
The agenda also includes an open-session item to consider a finalized offer of employment to Hanson for the position, based on the information in the background check report.
No resume or other biographical information on Hanson was provided with Thursday’s agenda packet.
Kronenwetter has been without a permanent, full-time Administrator since they parted ways with Richard Downey last summer. They initially contracted with Duane Gau for interim administration services for the remainder of the year. He then left the position earlier this year for personal reasons.
Police Chief Terry McHugh was then brought on to fill the position for a few weeks before the Village brought on former Plover Administrator Dan Mahoney. He was given a three-month deal earlier this spring, with plans to be done by the end of June.
Thursday’s meeting begins at 5:30 at the Village Hall. Those discussion points are the only items on the agenda.
Downey currently serves as the assistant administrator in Altoona.
