MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – The United States is sanctioning nine members of Mexico’s Sinaloa Cartel and the leader of Colombia’s Clan del Golfo drug trafficking organization, the U.S. State Department said in a statement on Tuesday, without naming the targeted individuals.
