Yiemen Xiong
PLOVER, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – An amber alert has been issued for two Plover kids believed to be with their father, Yiemen Xiong.
Police are asking the public to keep an eye out for seven-year-old Alexander Muajkoob Xiong and nine-year-old Stefan Yenghoua Xiong.
Alexander is described as an Asian male, 3’5” weighing 85 pounds.
Stefan is an Asian male weighing 130 pounds standing at 3’10.” He is also autistic and non-verbal.
Yiemen is a 41-year-old Asian man weighing 125 pounds. He has a short, black beard and brown eyes. He was last seen in Iowa, but he has ties to Marathon and Columbia Counties.
He is believed to be driving a 2010 gold Toyota Sienna minivan with Wisconsin license plates 740-XTN.
