DUBAI (Reuters) – Chinese climate envoy Liu Zhenmin on Wednesday said some issues still remained with the proposed COP28 climate deal.
“This is not perfect. Some issues still remain,” Liu told Reuters, adding the Chinese team was still reviewing the text.
