GREEN BAY, Wi (WSAU) — The Packers will not make a change at defensive coordinator, at last right now.
Head coach Matt LaFleur told the media yesterday that Joe Barry will continue serving as defensive coordinator. LaFleur said much of the issues on defense are “communication” problems, and a coordinator change isn’t the “best” solution right now.
Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers torched Green Bay for 452 yards of total offense in 34-20 win at Lambeau Field last weekend.
Green Bay is 6-and-8 and will visit the Panthers on Sunday.
