MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Bucks are nearing a franchise record for consecutive home wins to start a season after a 118-114 win over the Orlando Magic at Fiserv Forum.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way with 37 points, 10 rebounds, and six assists. Damian Lillard added 24 points and five rebounds. He also dished eight assists.
Khris Middleton and Brook Lopez each scored 14. Franz Wagner led the Magic with 29 points.
The win wraps up a six-game homestand for the Bucks, their longest of the season. It’s also their 15th straight home win, inching them closer to the franchise record of 18 consecutive home wins to start the season. That was set back in 1991.
Milwaukee is now 21-7 on the season. They’ll hit the road to take on the New York Knicks for two games starting on Saturday morning. Pregame coverage will begin at 11:00 AM with tip-off at 11:30 on WSAU. They’ll also play the Knicks on Christmas Day Monday with an 11 AM tip.
