MADISON, WI (WSAU) — An Eau Claire man is facing federal drug charges after he was caught distributing meth last fall.
Joshua Reedy is said to have possessed and sold more than 50 grams of the drug between late September and early October 2023. If found guilty he faces up to 60 years in federal prison.
The case was investigated by officials from both Clark and Eau Claire Counties. The Drug Enforcement Administration and West Central Drug Task Force were also involved.
Details of the investigation were not released by the US District Court for Western Wisconsin. Reedy has previously served 3.5 years in prison for possessing a firearm as a felon beginning in 2020 and was in the middle of a three-year supervised release period at the time of his arrest.
