WESTON, WI (WSAU) – Rep. Tom Tiffany made a stop in Weston on Wednesday night to talk to voters about issues happening around the state and inside the D.C. Beltway.
Tiffany’s stop in Weston was his third of the day and gave the crowd updates on the House Judiciary Committee’s impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden and voters expressed concerns during the Q&A session on issues such as the ongoing crisis happening at the southern border to getting his thoughts about the legal battle happening at Lac Du Flambeau over the opening of crucial roads on tribal lands.
When asked about where he believes the Committee’s investigation is heading and if he believes impeachment proceedings could happen before November, Tiffany stated that he’s keeping an open mind saying, “I don’t prejudge this case at all and we’re at the impeachment inquiry phase and all we’re doing is seeking more information. We wanna make sure that the Biden family and their associates are allowed to give their side of the story so that they can clear their name because there is a lot of really fishy things.”
Hunter Biden is currently scheduled to attend a closed-door deposition in February and answer questions regarding evidence that his father was involved in his business dealings.
