WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — A Wausau man has been indicted on federal drug charges following an investigation by the Wausau PD and the Marathon County Sheriff’s Office
Jonathan Rodriguez is facing one count for possessing 50 grams or more of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Officers say he possessed the drugs on Sunday, November 26th, 2023.
Details of the investigation into the 38-year-old were not released.
If found guilty Rodriguez faces a minimum of five years and a maximum of 40 years in prison.
