WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — A Mosinee woman charged with distributing meth will now face additional charges for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Court records show Allea Diehl had the new charges filed against her this month. The 33-year-old is already facing felony counts for allegedly selling drugs out of her Mosinee home.
Police say a tip from an informant led them to discover meth, fentanyl, cocaine, and a handgun in the home but no sign of Diehl. They tracked her cell phone to northwest Wisconsin, then back to Mosinee where she was arrested in early January.
Charges against her in that case include possession of meth with the intent to distribute and maintaining a drug trafficking place. She now faces additional charges for bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Diehl has been free on a $15,000 bond after posting the first $5,000 in cash. Court records show she also posted a $500 bond for the new charges.
She returns to court for a review hearing on Friday. A pretrial conference is scheduled for September 17th.
