DENVER, COL (WSAU) — The Green Bay Packers sat their starters for the second pre-season game and it showed. Denver rolled over the Pack 27-2 on Sunday night in Colorado.
The Broncos built a 17-0 lead by halftime and were never challenged.
Michael Pratt and Sean Clifford managed only 80 yards passing and the Packers running game wasn’t much better, amassing only 88 yards on 26 carries.
Green Bay, now 1-1, will finish the pre-season with a game vs Baltimore on Saturday at noon at Lambeau Field.
