Attempted break-in at South Mountain Elementary School (Marathon County Crimestoppers)
RIB MOUNTAIN, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – The search is on to find the person who tried to break-in to the South Mountain Elementary School.
Security cameras captured the person vandalizing the building during the evening hours of October 2, said Brad Tatro, Marathon County Sheriff’s Detective. “They tried pulling on doors to gain entry and then cuts window screens to get in. (And) Then scaled a 10 foot fence to get into mechanical area of the building before leaving,” Tatro explained.
