The University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Farm and Industry Short Course (FISC) announced a financial assistance program for students from low-income families. The program is called the “Farm and Industry Short Course Tuition Promise.”
The program will fund the tuition of Wisconsin students who come from families with an income of less than $60,000 per year. This new program doesn’t have anything to do with federal financial aid, so students won’t have to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid form, better known as the FASFA form. With this program, students will fill out a FISC scholarship application after they’ve been admitted into the agriculture program.
Students can currently apply for the fall of 2021 Farm and Industry Short Course program.
