MADISON, WI (WSAU) — There was s0me major shifting in this week’s Division I AP Top 25 on the men’s side.
Wisconsin continues to climb the rankings, jumping five spots to #8 after two wins over Ohio State and Maryland, but this week the Badgers weren’t the biggest movers in the poll.
Baylor fell from #1 down to #5 after losing last week to Oklahoma State in Big 12 play. Gonzaga took over at #1 by just a few ballot points, with Auburn rising to #2.
Arizona and Purdue round out the top five.
Wisconsin will take on Northwestern on Tuesday and host #14 Michigan State on Friday before heading to Lincoln to take on Nebraska next Tuesday.
