CHIPPEWA FALLS, WI (WAOW TV-WSAU) — A Wausau man is in custody after he lead authorities on a chase and manhunt along Highway 29.
Chas J Myszka was taken into custody after his parents in Wausau reported he was acting suicidal and had a weapon and left in a white Dodge Charger. Authorities were asked to look for that vehicle.
The chase also led to a shelter in place order in portions of Chippewa County as authortieis considered Myszka dangerous.
Officials say he was arrested early Saturday afternoon. No further information has been released.
