PHOENIX, AZ (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers dropped to 1-2 in Cactus League action with an 8-3 loss to the Cincinnati Reds on Monday.
Despite the loss Brewer manager Pat Murphy liked what he saw from many of the young Brewer hopefuls who saw action in the game.
William Contreras, Joey Ortiz and Eric Haase had the RBIs. Top prospect Jackson Chourio had a single and a walk in two at-bats.
Milwaukee will be back in action this afternoon vs the Los Angeles Angels.
