RHINELANDER, WI (WSAU) — A convicted sex offender is set to be released in Oneida County later this week.
Fourty-year-old Richard Duellman was released from prison on April 17th, but was extradited to Minnesota. On Friday, May 11th, Duellman will begin living at 5289 Sycamore Street in Rhinelander.
Duellman was convicted of child enticement in 2013, exposing a child to harmful materials in 2014, and soliciting a child in 2018. According to a press release from the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, Duellman met underage females online and met some of them in person before sexually assaulting them. He would also have some of the girls send nude photos to him online.
Duellman will be supervised by agents from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections and the Probation and Parole Office in Rhinelander. His supervision will end in April of 2023.
