WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — A sex offender is facing two new sexual assault charges.
Logan Neu, 30, is charged with molesting a 9-year-old family member. At the time he was out on bond from an earlier sex-assault case. A 14-year-old girl told police that she was molested by Neu over a four-year period beginning in 2015. Neu was freed on $150,000 bail in April while awaiting trial in that case.
Neu was convicted of sexual assault in 2008, and was given probation. He served a year-and-a-half in prison on 2010 for violating the terms of his sentence.
Neu’s next court appearance is October 11.
