ANTIGO, Wis. (WSAU) — A Sunday night fire has destroyed a shed and a number of vehicles in Antigo.
Dispatchers were called around 7 pm to a report of a fire on Highway Y. When crews arrived, they found the building fully engulfed in flames. Captain Dan Duley from Langlade County Rural Fire Control says they were on scene for about three hours putting out the blaze, but the structure could not be saved.
The owners of the property were renting the building out to a local auto repair business to store several vehicles and a boat. Duley is calling it a total loss.
The fire remains under investigation.
