SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – The Dean Foods milk processing plant in Sheboygan will be closing in several months.
Company spokesperson Dustin Cox told W-H-B-L radio the plant will end operations by April 30th as part of consolidation of their Wisconsin operations. The closure will affect approximately 70 positions, and Cox says employees will be encouraged to apply for openings at other plants they operate.
Dean Foods will still operate a plant in De Pere and provide products to the area.
