Frostburg State of Maryland takes on Ramapo of New Jersey in the opening contest at 10 this morning. Top-ranked Cortland of New York then plays Webster of Saint Louis — which made the finals by getting by Carthage in the regionals.
Late this afternoon, Emory of Atlanta goes against Trinity of Texas. And then Wisconsin’s only team in the tournament — U-W La Crosse — closes out the day’s action against Salisbury of Maryland. That’s scheduled to start around 7:45 this evening.
La Crosse made the finals for the first time, after winning the Midwest Regional which the Eagles hosted last week. The double-elimination finals are scheduled to run through Memorial Day.
