NEKOOSA, Wis. (WSAU) — Nekoosa police are investigating a weekend death. Assistant Police Chief Josh Kolo says they do not know right now what caused a man in his 30’s to die. His body was discovered Saturday morning. Kolo isn’t saying where he was found, and he’s not releasing the name until family has been notified.
Kolo says an autopsy is being performed today (Monday) which may lead them to some answers, but he says that may take longer if the medical examiner does a toxicology screening.
For now, the death is classified as undetermined and not suspicious.
