ALBAN, WI (WSAU) — One person is dead and another is seriously injured after a car vs. motorcycle crash in the Town of Alban Saturday afternoon.
The driver of the car, 29-year-old Bille Jo McSherry, crossed the center line shortly after 2 p.m. on State Highway 49 north of Nerdahl Road. The 48-year-old male driver of the motorcycle from Antigo was pronounced dead at the scene. A 25-year-old female passenger was airlifted to a hospital.
McSherry was traveling with a nine-year-old passenger. Both escaped with non-life-threatening injuries, but McSherry has been arrested for driving while intoxicated, something she has a criminal history of.
