MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Marquette mens basketball team advanced in the NIT with 101-92 win over Oregon on Sunday at the Al McGuire Center.
Andrew Rowsey knocked down five three-pointers in the first quarter and the Golden Eagles finished 20-35 from three-point range.
Rowsey finished with 29 points and nine assists. Markus Howard had 18 points, Greg Elliot 13 , Sachir Amin 12 and Theo John 10.
The Golden Eagles, now 21-13, host Penn State on Tuesday.
