VILAS COUNTY, WI (WSAU-WAOW) — A body has been found in the Pokegama Lake in Vilas County.
Crews are conducting a search for a missing man, 24-year-old Antonio Moserrate Roche, but it’s unclear if the body found is him or not yet.
A missing person’s report for Roche was canceled on Thursday afternoon.
Authorities found the body around 10am this morning. Investigators are currently working to identify the body and Lac du Flambeau Tribal Police tell WAOW-TV that nothing seems suspicious about this yet, but nothing has been ruled out.
No other information has been released at this time.
