ROSHOLT, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – A fire destroyed a semi and caused damage at a trucking company in Rosholt late Thursday night.
First responders were called around 9pm. When crews arrived on scene they found a semi and part of a building belonging to LCK Transport on fire.
Deputy Chief Pete Rekowski of the Rosholt Fire Department said the metal structure of the building made fighting the fire difficult. Crews had the semi fire put out within 30 minutes and the rest of the fire was out within two hours.
There were no injuries. The Portage County Fire Investigation Task Force is handling the investigation.
Fire Departments from Hull, Stockton, Iola, Park Ridge and Stevens Point responded to the scene.
