MIAMI, FL (WSAU) — The Brewers stranded 13 runners as they lost the second game of their series with the Miami Marlins Tuesday night 6-4. Milwaukee went down with the bases loaded in the third, fourth, and fifth innings. Marlin’s Park is huge. A Jonathan Lucroy deep hit to center field in the fourth was a out, but the same ball back at Miller Park in Milwaukee would have been a grand slam home run.
The Marlins J.T. Realmuto had his first multi-home run game, including one inside the park homer.
For the Brewers, recently-called up Domingo Santana continues to swing the bat well getting a two run homer in the losing effort.
The Marlins and the Brewers close out the three game series Wednesday. You can listen to the game on WSAU AM 550 and FM 99.9 starting with the pregame show at 5:35 p.m.
