(Milwaukee, WI) — Milwaukee Bucks’ forward Jabari Parker had talked about playing in tomorrow (Saturday) night’s home exhibition game against Detroit. But it might not happen, and the Bucks now say they don’t know when the 20-year-old pro can return from a torn A-C-L knee ligament he suffered last December.
It cut Parker’s rookie year short after just 25 games — but he says he learned a lot by staying with the team the rest of the season. Parker has been making steady progress with the knee, and he’s been practicing. Coach Jason Kidd lists Parker as day-to-day — and he’ll see how the player responds as he’s given more things to do as part of the game plan for the Pistons.
The Bucks are oh-and-one in the pre-season, after their ten-point loss at Chicago on Tuesday night.
