WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) — A busy Wausau intersection was blocked for a while after a two car crash in the downtown area Tuesday evening.
The cars collided at the intersection of 5th Street and Scott Street. Fire Department official say one of of the occupants was taken to the hospital for evaluation, but did not have life threatening injuries.
A streetlight was damaged, exposing live wires. Work crews had to take care of that before reopening the roads to traffic.
