The Milwaukee Brewers are not only changing the product on the field. Yesterday they announced a major revamping of concession stand areas at Miller Park. I've always like the fan experience at Miller Park. It's a nice place to watch a game and the forward thinking folks who ok'ed the extra expense of the retractable roof should be commended. But like anything else in the entertainment field you must keep things fresh. The changes will include new stands that will feature Wisconsin based products. These will include Zaffiros Pizza, Smoke Shack Barbecue, AJ Bombers hamburgers and Holey Moley Coffee and donuts. There will also be a re-designed bar area that will feature 30 taps of craft beers from Wisconsin. Wouldnt you like to spend your food dollars at the ballpark on local products? I know I would.
The American League Division Series begin today. Late afternoon its Toronto at Texas…tonight Boston at Cleveland. In case you're interested I like the Blue Jays and Red Sox to advance. I'll also take the Cubs and Dodgers in the NL.
In case you're not going to watch the baseball tonight….there is an NFL game such as it is. The Arizona Cardinals (without Carson Palmer) travel to San Francisco to face the 49ers. These Thursday night games aren't very good are they.
Prince's Paisley Park compound is opening for tours today. Fans can see the recording studio, the Purple Rain room and his small concert venue plus stage outfits, paintings and hand written lyrics.
No Richie Sambora…but Bon Jovi has a new album coming out and will tour. Anybody still interested?
