MARSHFIELD, WI (WSAU-WDLB) – A Marshfield man is facing charges for making threats with a gun.
The incident happened last Saturday morning at the home of the alleged victim at 404 West Cleveland Street.
Marshfield Police Chief Rick Gramza says 25-year-old Andrew Netzer was arrested at his home at 1010 Sawyer Drive late Saturday morning. The incident apparently took place shortly after 5am that morning. The victim told police Netzer threatened him while pointing a gun at him, asking, “Do you wanna die tonight?”
Police searched Netzer’s home, and found a loaded Hi-Point nine millimeter handgun. He is facing charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, reckless endangerment with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.
Netzer was booked into the Marshfield Police Department, and then transferred to the Wood County jail.
