TOWN OF HARRISON, WI (WSAU) — A De Pere man was arrested in Lincoln County after an injury crash involving a UTV in the Town of Harrison.
Officials say the 22-year-old man was operating the UTV on a trail near Pine Lake Road early Saturday morning when a low-hanging tree branch struck one of his passengers.
A 50-year-old De Pere man was transported to a nearby hospital for non-life-threatening injuries after the incident. The operator is expected to be charged with causing injury by intoxicated use of a UTV.
Names of those involved in the incident have not been released.
