MERRILL, WI (WSAU) — An Almond man has reached a plea deal to charges related to a high-speed chase in Lincoln County.
Ralph Noonan was set to go to trial Tuesday for a dozen charges including first-degree recklessly endangering safety, criminal damage to property, drug counts, and bail jumping. However, a plea deal was reached just before the trial was to begin.
Online court records indicate Noonan will plead guilty to three of the felonies he’s facing- recklessly endangering safety, fleeing/eluding an officer, and criminal damage to property of over $2,500.
