MERRILL, WI (WSAU) — Recent flooding has forced election officials in Merrill to adjust the voting precincts for Tuesday’s spring municipal and state Supreme Court election.
The basement of the T.B. Scott Free Library is unavailable due to flooding, voters who would normally cast a ballot there will go to city hall instead.
This goes for voters in Alder Districts #3 and #6 and is for the Tuesday election only.
City officials emphasize if anyone has questions about where they are to vote, they can contact city hall.
The updated list of voting locations for Merrill’s spring election is as follows. All polling places will be open from 7 AM to 8 PM Tuesday:
District 1- Lincoln County Service Center, 801 N Sales Street
District 2- City Hall, 1004 E 1st Street
District 3- City Hall, 1004 E 1st Street
District 4- MARC Center, 1100 Marc Drive
District 5- MARC Center, 1100 Marc Drive
District 6- City Hall, 1004 E 1st Street
District 7- City Hall, 1004 E 1st Street
District 8- Lincoln County Service Center, 801 N Sales Street
