WAUSAU, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – The North Central Health Care expansion project received final approval from the Wausau Common Council. The vote was unanimous.
That means that NCHC can continue with both the size and scope of the expansion project that will be the first on the campus in over 30 years. They can also start accepting bids for the project.
“It’s an open bidding process and we think this is a great project for the community and there are a number of people that are going to want to be a part of it,” Michael Loy, the CEO for North Central Health Care, told WAOW-TV.
Construction will start later this summer.
