TOWN OF LEBANON, WI (WSAU) — One person is dead following a single-vehicle rollover in Waupaca County Sunday evening.
Officers were called to County Highway T at Nicolai Road in the Town of Lebanon just before 6 PM where a southbound pickup failed to negotiate a turn and rolled into the ditch.
Two Bear Creek men were in the vehicles at the time of the accident. A 25-year-old passenger later identified as Cory Guyette was pronounced dead at the scene. Cord Guyette, the 24-year-old driver was taken to Theda Care in Neenah. The extent of his injuries is unknown.
The crash shut down a portion of the intersection while Wisconsin State Patrol officials reconstructed the accident. The investigation remains active.
