WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — A Marathon man has a third case of child sexual assault filed against him.
A criminal complaint filed Thursday against Logan Neu adds charges of 1st-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 16, repeated sexual assault of a child, strangulation, and intimidation to his list of charges.
In total, Neu is facing 15 charges from alleged repeated child sexual assault incidents carried out from 2013 until April of 2019. Neu appeared in Marathon County Court on Thursday as the new charges were added.
A copy of the criminal complaint says a minor contacted the Wausau Police Department on Wednesday, about an incident with Neu that happened 6 years ago. The minor explained that Neu allegedly carried out repeated sexual acts against her and a relative in 2013.
Other court cases allege similar incidents, including one in 2018 involving a minor under the age of 12. If found guilty, Neu will be sentenced to life in prison without parole.
