(Reuters) – Tropical storm Isaias is forecast to begin weakening by Tuesday night and become post-tropical by early Wednesday, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.
The storm is about 15 miles (20 km) south-southeast of Tappahannock, Virginia, packing maximum sustained winds of 70 miles per hour (110 km/h), the NHC added.
