MOSINEE, WI (WSAU-WAOW) A plane slid off the runway at the Central Wisconsin Airport Tuesday night.
Weather conditions were deteriorating when the flight from Chicago landed at CWA. The plane veered off the runway after touching down.
According to Airport Manager Brian Grefe, the American Eagle plane, operated by Envoy Air, got stuck in the snow when landing. There are no injuries. The plane wasn’t damaged.
Grefe says the impact is minimal and the airport remained open.
