MARSHFIELD, WI (WSAU-WDLB) –More than 70 people jammed a meeting room Tuesday morning to hear from their Congressman.
Seventh District Republican Tom Tiffany held a Wood County listening session at the Eagles Club on South Oak Avenue in Marshfield. Tiffany spent a little over an hour addressing everything from the border wall to the wall that now protects the U.S. Capitol.
“They need to take those National Guard troops away from there. They need to take down the wall and the razor wire that surrounds the United States Capitol. They need to remove those things so that people can come back again and petition their government.”
According to WDLB Radio at the listening session, Tiffany also addressed questions regarding immigration, the proposed legalization of marijuana, his objection to the electors on January 6th, and the “Green New Deal” regarding renewable energy sources.
