U.S. places sanctions on two Myanmar generals over coup: Treasury Department

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control on Monday imposed sanctions on two generals in Myanmar over the country’s Feb. 1 coup, the department said in a statement.
