MADISON, WI (WSAU-WRN) — It’s on — the state fair is happening this year.
After being canceled last year due to the global coronavirus pandemic, the 170th Wisconsin State Fair will take place in accordance with health guidelines. This year the fair will run from Thursday, August 5th through Sunday, August 15.
Increased sanitization protocols are already in place throughout the 200-acre State Fair Park in West Allis. With the fair still over three months away, final health and safety protocols will be determined as the dates approach.
