DENVER, COLORADO (WSAU) — CJ Cron drove in Ryan McMahon with no outs in the bottomo of the 10th inning as the Colorado Rockies beat the Milwaukee Brewers 6-5 on Friday night at Coors Field. The setback was the fifth in a row for Milwaukee.
The Brewers had tied the game at 5 in the 9th inning with back-to-back doubles by Omar Narvaez and Willy Adames.
Luis Urias hit his 8th homer run of the season and Jackie Bradley Jr had 2 RBIs. Devin Williams took the loss.
Milwaukee, now 38-32, will play in Denver again tonight…pre game show at 7:35 on WSAU.
The Brewers also activated Kolton Wong from the IL on Friday and sent Pablo Reyes to AAA Nashville. They also sent Eric Yardley to AAA and recalled Zack Godley.
