The 67th Wisconsin Farm Technology Days kicks off this morning at Huntsinger Farms in Eau Claire. The event starts at 9:30 am with an opening ceremony in the Rural Events Tent with Governor Evers and State Ag Secretary Randy Romanski.
Huntsinger Farms is a part of Silver Spring Foods, which is known to be the world’s largest grower and processor of horseradish. The farm will have bus tours going to Huntsinger Farms, Nellie’s Holsteins, and a passed Ferguson’s Orchards.
The event has many other activities going on throughout the day as well, such as a roundtable discussion with women in agriculture, equine demonstrations, and a large trade show.
