Milwaukee Brewers
CHICAGO, ILL (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers were rained out at Wrigley Field last night. They will play a split doubleheader today.
The first game starts at 1:20 and the second at 7:05. Freddy Peralta will start game one vs Justin Steele. Alan Ashby was recalled from AAA Nashville to start game two vs Alec Mills.

Other Brewer Notes:
The Brewers reinstated Hunter Strickland from the COVID19 IL on Monday and are expected to reinstate Jake Cousins today. Blaine Hardy was sent back to Nashville.
Travis Shaw is eligible to return from the IL but will continue is rehab stint in Nashville, as will Daniel Voglebach. Both should be ready to return within two weeks.
The Brewers promoted their #1 pick in the recent draft. Sal Frelick was sent from the Arizona Developmental League to Class A Carolina on Monday. Two other minor leaguers, Joey Wiemer and Zavier Warren were promoted from Carolian to the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers.
